Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CartCloser AI (the "Service"), operated by Cresfield Capital LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.

1. The Service

CartCloser AI provides automated Instagram messaging that generates Shopify cart links. You remain the merchant of record for all sales.

2. Accounts & Trials

Each plan includes a 14-day free trial without credit card. At the end of the trial, accounts transition to the Free plan unless a paid subscription is activated.

3. Fees

Fees are listed exclusive of VAT and other taxes, billed monthly or annually in advance, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines and Shopify's Partner Program Agreement. Spam or deceptive messaging is prohibited.

5. Data

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from Billing. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
