Cresfield Capital LLC acts as a processor for merchant customer data and as a controller for merchant account data.
Data we collect
Merchant account details; Instagram usernames, comments and messages received through the Graph API; Shopify product and order metadata.
How we use it
Solely to provide the Service: generating replies, creating carts, and reporting analytics. We never sell personal data or use it to train shared models.
Meta Platform data
Instagram data is used only for the permissions you grant, retained for at most 90 days, and deleted upon disconnection or request.
